Refund & Return Policy

At PureNestra, your baby's comfort and your peace of mind matter to us. Because our products are personal care items that touch your baby's skin, we follow strict hygiene guidelines when it comes to returns.

Unopened, Unused Items

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and unused. Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Opened or Used Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened wipes, lotion, or wash products, even if only partially used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace it at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Before Your Order Ships

You may cancel your order anytime before it has been processed. Contact us at info@purenestra.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

After Your Order Ships

Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you're welcome to return it once received, following our Return Policy above.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We ship across Canada using a combination of Canada Post and Canpar, chosen based on your location to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Delivery Estimates

Major cities: 2 to 5 business days
Rural and remote areas: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Rates typically range from $12 to $20 CAD for standard orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, PureNestra isn't responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your package has left our facility.
